KAT WARNER TRANSLATES EMOTION INTO ENERGY

She loves to create interconnected experiences in the performing and visual arts. Organized, analytical, yet creative, Kat brings passion and strategic expertise into the entertainment planning process. Whether it’s curating instrumentation for musical genres or coordinating the timing, layout, or lighting for productions, she excels at translating creative concepts into energetic elements for any event.    

Raised in Norway and the US, Kat brings a well-rounded perspective to her work, with multiple degrees in business, environmental economics, photography, and Spanish. After a chance encounter in 2014 with a dashing guitarist, she collaboratively developed T. Warner Artists with her now-husband Ben.  

Kat is a versatile, nurturing, and empathic guide for her clients, creative collaborators, and artists, placing incredible value on kindness. Clients and their planning team appreciate the experience and knowledge she brings while remaining adaptable and available. 

Kat and Ben love exploring the mountains with their sweet son and faithful pets. Being trilingual, Kat’s an intrepid traveler who also enjoys large-scale oil painting in her spare time. Together, Kat and Ben approach life and business as two halves of a whole.

BEN WARNER COMPOSES AN INSPIRATIONAL ATMOSPHERE TO HEIGHTEN THE MOMENT

Curating an experience that amplifies feelings of excitement and joy is his specialty. Characterized as a “musical magician” by his wife and co-owner Kat, Ben brings a range of expertise as a musician, sound and lighting technician, MC, and DJ to an event. Dedicated to his craft, Ben approaches every production with methodical intentionality and hands-on care.  

Music has always been a part of Ben’s life. He achieved success in the wedding industry as a DJ before launching T. Warner Artists with Kat in 2014. From drums to the ukulele, Ben continues to immerse himself in music and a broad range of instruments.

Classically trained yet contemporary, Ben thrives in the diversity of skills required to face the unique opportunities in each wedding. Excelling at intuition and improvisation, he observes guest reactions and seamlessly adapts to the moment while guiding the music for the events he oversees. Behind the scenes, Ben’s the mastermind of T. Warner Artists’ musical offerings, creating in-house arrangements, organizing bands, and providing technical expertise.

As a self-described music nerd, Ben draws inspiration from both virtuoso musicians and electronic artists alike. He can easily spend his free time diving into the discographies of legendary guitarists like Chet Atkins or Jim Hall.

AMANDA SOUTHERN

AMANDA SOUTHERN IS A CONNECTOR OF DOTS

 Immersed in the performing arts community, Amanda enjoys connecting with diverse groups of musicians and artists. A research and organizing expert, she carefully brings together the many pieces of our production puzzles.

A dedicated violinist since the age of 10, she holds multiple degrees in music and arts administration. From music festivals to opera companies, Amanda brings a wealth of experience working across the industry. 

Hailing from Asheville, North Carolina, Amanda grew up with her mother’s German baking and her father’s American cooking. When she’s not taking barre and yoga classes, she can be found enjoying her favorite opera, Tosca, with her cat Louie.

JASON HAZINSKI

JASON HAZINSKI IS A PRODUCTION WIZARD 

From unloading mountains of gear to meticulously coiling cables, Jason helps execute and guide the magic onsite ensuring the complete scene is expertly brought to life. 

A talented multi-instrumentalist, Jason specializes in live saxophone performance and improvisation. His passion for music started early in life (5th grade!), encapsulating his identity, and becoming his motivation in life.  

Holding true to his roots as an Asheville, NC native, Jason plays as a member of local bands and as a session player for touring bands coming through the region. Jason continues to embrace his craft as he makes an imprint on western NC and beyond. The themes of nature and life cycles are prominent throughout his versatile music and art.
